Online Dating Incorporating Dater Feedback
• Online Dating
Online dating sites are beginning to incorporate feedback from site members you’ve dated. It is a bit like eBay’s user feedback system.
It is also open to abuse, even revenge by former lovers or others you’ve angered. Managing dater feedback will probably prove quite a task for some of the dating sites.
“If you review them from someone else’s perspective, you have a better filtering system to filter out people that wouldn’t work for you,” online dating expert Karen Adams, Ph.D. said.
Adams says some sites revolve around factual feedback, and others delve into the truly dirty details.
“Now we’re getting into the sites that are asking specific questions, even down to ‘How was this date?’ ‘How are they sexually?’” Adams said.
